Your orders will be processed as soon as possible after order confirmation.
Deliveries within Bingöl are usually made on the same day.
Shipments to other provinces are made through cargo companies and the average delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
It is important to check your product during cargo delivery; in case of damaged or missing products, you must have a report drawn up by the cargo officer.

Return Conditions

  • Purchased products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and health reasons, returns of opened or used products are not accepted.

  • Exchange of products is made in case of damaged, missing or incorrect shipment.
